Lauren E. Checki earned her law degree from Tulane University in 2008. While at Tulane, Lauren was extremely active with various student and service organizations, and she served as the Law School's Student Bar Association Executive Board President from 2007-2008. She also worked as a Student Attorney for Tulane's Domestic Violence Clinic in 2007-2008, providing legal services related to domestic abuse proceedings, restraining orders and injunctions, divorce and custody, to indigent clients in the Metro New Orleans area. Lauren has been litigating since passing the bar exam in 2008 and has been a Partner at the firm of Varadi, Hair & Checki, LLC since August 2011
Lauren represents clients throughout Louisiana, including the parishes of Orleans, Jefferson, St. Tammany and Placquemines.
Lauren Checki's professional association memberships include the American Bar Association, and the Louisiana State Bar Association, and the Jefferson Bar Association.
In addition to her legal endeavors, Lauren is also highly active in the community. She volunteers with various organizations throughout New Orleans and Southeast Louisiana. |
