Lauren received her Juris Doctor Degree from Marquette University Law School and triple undergraduate degrees in Legal Studies, International Studies and Political Science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
Lauren concentrates her practice on complex alcohol and drug operating while intoxicated (OWI) litigation. She believes that to competently defend persons accused of operating while intoxicated, an attorney must have complete knowledge of the science behind the blood and breath test results.
She has mastered blood science as it relates to alcohol and drug cases, attending national seminars and receiving specialized scientific training across the country.
In 2011, Lauren became the first Wisconsin attorney to receive a certificate in Forensic Chromatography Blood Alcohol Analysis from the American Chemical Society at Axion Laboratories in Chicago.
Attorney Lauren Stuckert has the strongest track record of successfully challenging blood-alcohol and drug lab test results in OWI cases across Wisconsin. She is also widely recognized by peers and defense organizations as a top DUI defense attorney in the country.

In May of 2013, she completed the Forensic Solid Drug Analysis course through the American Chemical Society, which tailors instruction and training in analytic chemistry for lawyers.

In 2016, Lauren became a board-certified DUI Specialist, joining her law partner Attorney Andrew Mishlove in attaining the highest credential a DUI-OWI lawyer can have. The National College for DUI Defense is the only organization accredited by the American Bar Association and recognized under Wisconsin Supreme Court Rules to confer the DUI Law Specialist designation to attorneys.

OWI cases are becoming more technical than ever before. That’s why DUI/OWI lawyers need the technical training and knowledge necessary to properly defend these charges. Attorney Lauren Stuckert has the necessary technical knowledge, training and skills. In fact, she teaches other DUI lawyers what they need to know and is on the faculty of the Wisconsin Annual Drunk Driving Defense Seminar hosted in Elkhart Lake, WI this year.

Her advanced understanding of the science underlying a DUI /DUID case has earned her many posts to the faculty of widely acclaimed defense seminars, such as “DWI Means Defend With Ingenuity,” co-sponsored by the NCDD and the NACDL in Las Vegas.
