| Todd obtained his legal education from Washington University, in St. Louis Missouri. Once obtaining membership in both the Michigan and Illinois Bar, Todd gained experience through his extensive work in several of the largest, most prestigious law firms in Southeastern Michigan. Todd has experience in financial crisis management, bankruptcy, general corporate, contract drafting and negotiation, secured and non-secured financing, loan work-outs, corporate restructuring, estate planning, and business law. Additionally, Todd has an extensive background representing borrowers, lenders, and secured creditors in distressed real estate matters, non-judicial forbearance, workout and composition arrangements, and bankruptcy proceedings. |
