Practice Information
Levik Yarian founded Yarian & Associates, APC to help people who have been injured through the negligence of others. With nearly two decades of negligence-based litigation experience, Mr. Yarian understands the challenges an injury victim faces and how daunting the legal system can be. He currently devotes his practice to securing compensation for people who have been seriously injured or lost loved ones, so that they can begin to rebuild.

Mr. Yarian’s extensive background in litigation on behalf of both plaintiffs and defendants has provided him with the knowledge and experience to:

- thoroughly investigate a personal injury claim
- anticipate defense moves
- gather evidence and construct a solid case on your behalf
- identify and team with the right experts for your type of case
- negotiate effectively on your behalf
- if necessary, present and argue your case before a jury

Litigation Experience
Mr. Yarian began his legal career at Bonne, Bridges, O’Keefe, Mueller & Nichols. Working with this respected, multi-office malpractice defense firm honed Mr. Yarian’s litigation skills and instilled a deep knowledge and understanding of negligence cases, preparing him for a career protecting those whose lives have been disrupted by injury or the wrongful death of a loved one. Working on the defense side of negligence cases also provided Mr. Yarian with a more complete understanding of negligence litigation, equipping him to anticipate how the defendant’s team will prepare the case and respond to his clients’ claims.

In 2004, Mr. Yarian founded his own plaintiff’s firm. Since that time, he has worked tirelessly on behalf of personal injury victims. He has secured millions of dollars in compensation for people who have been injured by the negligence of others, through both trials and settlements. Today, he focuses his practice on the representation of personal injury victims, including those who have sustained serious injuries in car accidents, truck accidents, construction accidents, and other serious or catastrophic accidents.

Education and Professional Licensing
Mr. Yarian earned his J.D. from Southwestern University School of Law in 2000. As a member of the Moot Court competition, he won several awards and recognitions for his ability to prepare and present legal arguments. He graduated magna cum laude from California State University, Los Angeles in 1996. He was admitted to the California Bar in 2001, and is admitted to practice law before all California State and Federal courts.

Mr. Yarian has received extensive recognition within his field and has been named a “Super Lawyer” in both 2015 and 2016, based on peer reviews and professional accomplishments, and is AV rated by Martindale-Hubbell. He is also a member of Esteemed Lawyers of American (ELOA) and the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum, an organization for top trial lawyers whose membership includes fewer than 1% of U.S. attorneys.
