Practice Information
I was a founding member of a prestigious Century City law firm of thirty business lawyers. After 37 years with that firm, I resigned from it in December 2010 and opened my own office. I now limit my practice to family law, particularly marital dissolution cases involving substantial estates and difficult business or property valuation problems. Although I am experienced in trying these matters, I actively seek amicable and expeditious resolution through mediation and negotiated settlements.

I have many decades of experience providing high quality, sophisticated litigation and pre-litigation support across a broad spectrum of legal disciplines. My dispute resolution expertise includes not only trials before judges and juries, but also before a wide range of alternative dispute resolution forums.

I practice all areas of family law, including dissolution of marriage, termination of domestic partnerships, evaluation and division of community property, confirmation of separate property, child custody, visitation, child and spousal suport.

I prepare a large number of premarital agreements which are very important for mature couples who wish to define their respective property and support rights during and after marriage.

I offer a half-hour free consultation to prospective clients so that we can become acquainted and decide if we are right for one another in a professional relationship.

While my main office is in Pasadena, I maintain a branch office in Century City in which I can meet and serve Westside clients.
