Practice Information

As a native of Western Pennsylvania and a current area resident, I am strongly invested in the community. After graduating from Pitt Law, I have been working for over 21 years to preserve rights and best interests of the individuals and businesses I represent. Starting as Somerset County Lawyer, I have expanded my practice and area to help deal with other legal issues and helping people in Bedford, Cambria, Indiana and Westmoreland Counties. In 21 years I have represented thousands of clients on a wide range of legal issues. I have practiced in Federal Court, defending against IRS persecution and terroristic threats. In State Courts, I have defended the rights of parents or wronged spouses. I have defended Constitutional Rights for those who have been searched without cause. Multiple thousands of people would have lost their drivers licenses and livelihood without my council. I'm proud of the defense, guidance, and advocacy I have given every one of my clients.
