Mr. Gibson was born and raised in Clearwater, Florida. He is a proud graduate of Clearwater Central Catholic High School. Mr. Gibson moved to the Central Florida area to attend the University of Central Florida. Upon graduation from UCF, he attended law school at The Florida A&M University College of Law.
During law school, Mr. Gibson served on the Law Review and as the Head Teaching Assistant to the Academic Skills Program. He also served as a County Court Mediator and a Certified Legal intern for the Orange County Public Defender’s Office, where he tried felony jury trials. Mr. Gibson graduated in the top 3% of his class.
Upon graduation, Mr. Gibson practiced with one of the largest personal injury firms in the Central Florida area. During that time, he has participated in over fifteen (15) jury trials, trying seven (7) cases to verdict himself. Included in these trials are verdicts of $4,000,000.00, $2,140,000.00, $325,000.00 and $180,000.00, respectfully. Over the course of his career, Mr. Gibson has obtained over $10,000,000.00 in cases involving auto accidents, medical malpractice, nursing home abuse, slip and falls, negligent security, pharmaceutical liability, products liability, and consumer litigation.
Mr. Gibson’s practice is grounded in his family’s experiences. Having had loved ones suffer serious injuries due to another’s negligence, he has had the opportunity to sit where you sit in the legal process. He brings this experience along with his legal skills and training into every case he handles.
Mr. Gibson’s practice is devoted to personal injury cases involving auto accidents, nursing home abuse claims, premises liability and slip and falls. He is the author of several consumer guide books on and Florida Auto Insurance. Mr. Gibson frequently lectures on these topics throughout Central Florida.
