Bio
Mr. Gardner has practiced in the State and Federal Courts of Georgia for over 21 years, having graduated from the University of Georgia School of Law in 1996. He is a member in good standing of the State Bar of Georgia, and is a member of NACBA and MACBAG, as well as the Barrow County Chamber of Commerce.

A veteran of over 100 jury trials, Mr. Gardner has also handled over 3,500 bankruptcy cases under chapters 7, 11, 12, and 13. He has also been involved in the settlement and trial over millions in personal injury and malpractice cases. He is admitted to the Georgia Court of Appeals, the Supreme Court of Georgia, the United States Tax Court, The United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia, and the United States District Court for the Middle District of Georgia. Mr. Gardner's experience ranges from multi-million dollar business matters to representation of individuals charged with traffic violations, and with such experience, if a matter is not something he handles personally, his knowledge of the legal industry in Georgia enables him to assist in the finding of a qualified attorney for any legal matter.
