Mr. Russo is from Lakeland, Florida. He was admitted in 2006 to the Florida Bar after graduating from the University of Florida, Fredric G. Levin College of Law. He is also admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court, the 11th Circuit Court of Appeals in Atlanta, GA, and US District Court for the Middle District of Florida.
