Bio:

Bernd Stittleburg was born in Nuremberg, Germany, but grew up in Rockford, Illinois where he worked in the field of mechanical engineering. He graduated from the University of Wisconsin, Janesville, with an Associates of Science in Business Administration degree. In 1983 he moved to Sturbridge, Massachusetts where he earned his Bachelors of Science degree in Business Administration from Clark University. In 1993, Stittleburg completed post graduate work in paralegal studies where he received the West Publishing Merit Award for outstanding scholastic performance. He began his legal career in the consumer bankruptcy field with Berliner Law Offices in Springfield, Massachusetts. Stittleburg was employed as a paralegal with a small bankruptcy law firm from 1995-2000. In 1999, he graduated from John Marshall with honors and was a staff member on John Marshall’s inaugural law review publication entitled “The John Marshall Journal of Law and Ethnic Relations.” Stittleburg continued his association with Ginsberg Law Offices, P.C. as an attorney from 2000 – 2004 where he managed the bankruptcy department. In 2004, Stittleburg opened the Stittleburg Law Offices, LLC where he currently assists clients with Chapters 7 and 13 Consumer Bankruptcy cases, Small Business Bankruptcy cases, Uncontested Divorce matters and drafting of Wills and Trusts.
