Mr. Maloney received his undergraduate degree from Binghamton University in 1994, graduating Cum Laude, and his received his Juris Doctor from Hofstra University in 1997 where he was a member of the Hofstra Law Review and graduated With Distinction having graduated 10th in his class.

Mr. Maloney has been practicing law for over 20 years. For more than two decades, he practiced civil litigation on behalf of various insurance companies where he tried numerous cases to verdict in all five New York City boroughs as well as Nassau and Suffolk counties. The skills he developed while defending personal injury cases has provided him with an insight into representing people and families injured through the negligence of others. Mr. Maloney has obtained outstanding results for his clients resulting in recoveries totaling millions of dollars. He is a member of the Nassau, Suffolk and New York State Bar Associations as well as the New York State Trial Lawyers Association and the National Association of Trial Attorneys.

He lives in Suffolk County, New York with his wife and daughter.
