Unfortunately, a Florida criminal record follows you everywhere. Even if you were not convicted, or the charge was dismissed, a past charge itself can create difficult consequences for your future. At Florida Seal Record, we work to have your Floirda criminal record expunged or sealed. The good news is that, in many cases, you may be able to get your record cleared. There are two main ways to do this: having your criminal record sealed and having your criminal record expunged. Under Florida law, once the record is sealed or expunged, you simply do not need to acknowledge any arrests or pleas covered by the sealed or expunged record, with some exceptions.
