Elwood “Woody” Stark, a native of Havre de Grace, has practiced law for nearly 40 years, primarily in Harford and Cecil counties. He has been able to help clients accomplish their goals in a wide range of legal matters . Mr. Stark concentrates his practice in the areas of law that are most needed by individuals, families and small businesses. Over the last 15 years, he has concentrated an area of his practice on helping individuals address the complex issues associated with aging.
