We will work hard to ensure you are protected from a time when you can no longer protect yourself. Many practitioners view a will or trust as a single one-time experience. We don’t believe in that at all. We believe that, as a member of the bar, we have a duty to our clients to provide ongoing counsel for their trusts and estates. While most lawyers are only interested in writing one will or getting your estate plan set up and then moving on, we believe there is more to being an estate planning attorney than just brief encounters with people. Our main goal is to help the community by not just providing legal assistance when it is needed, but also by providing it before an issue occurs.
