Prior to moving to Grass Valley in 2011, Virginia practiced law in the Bay Area at large law firms, including Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP, Perkins Coie LLP and Gray Cary Ware &Freidenrich LLP (now DLA Piper).
While in the Bay Area, Virginia loved representing a range of business in various industries and in various stages, from entrepreneurs and start-ups to fortune 100 companies. However, in 2011, she and her husband moved to the small town of Grass Valley seeking more time to enjoy the scenic outdoors, the beautiful communities of Grass Valley and Nevada City, and each other.
Virginia loves to read and considers herself a “life-long learner/student”.
When Virginia isn’t learning about her clients’ needs and helping them fulfill their goals and dreams, she is spending time with her family, running, gardening, reading or baking.
Virginia currently serves on the Board of Directors of Community Legal in Nevada City and The Nest Family Resource Center and has served on the Board of Directors of United Way of Nevada County. Virginia has taught Business Law at Sacramento City College and has served as a Pro Tem Judge for the Small Claims Division of the Sacramento County Superior Court.
