Maine DUI Attorney Wayne Foote is the only drunk-driving defense lawyer in Maine (1 of only 40 in the U.S.) to be Board Certified in DUI Defense Law by the National College for DUI Defense and has been recognized as one of the best DUI attorneys not only in Maine but the entire US. Attorney Foote also teaches seminars in Maine and nationwide on DUI defense and state and federal criminal defense. Attorney Foote's office is located in Bangor but serves much of the state of Maine.

Bio:

After graduating from law school, Attorney Foote continued his education by amassing extensive training in DUI defense from the National College for DUI Defense (NCDD) – the certification partner of the American Bar Association. In fact, Mr. Foote is the first and only attorney in Maine who is Board Certified in DUI Defense Law by the NCDD. Fewer than forty lawyers nationwide have achieved this level of expertise. Mr. Foote also received Certificates of Achievement for successful completion of the NCDD’s Summer Sessions in 1998, 1999, 2000, 2001, 2003, 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008 and 2010; and the 2006 and 2009 Winter Sessions. He is a Sustaining Member of the NCDD and was their Maine State Delegate from 2000 to 2008.
