Hi. I work at Waypoint Recovery in Cameron, SC. I was written up over a false accusation and I wrote a complaint to corporate on my DON and the HR director for false accusations. Summit is supposed to have a no retaliation policy. Since then I have been called into the office for more false accusations. I really love my job but now I feel like I have a target due to complaining on them. What can I do about this? I also gave corporate proof that my DON falsified documents.
