Alaa ElHoushy Legal Consultancy was built on a simple idea: legal guidance should be clear, practical, and based on a proper understanding of each client's situation.
Founded by Alaa Gaber El Houshy, a Senior Legal Consultant with 20 years of legal experience, the practice grew from his work with individuals and businesses dealing with complex legal matters in the UAE.
Since beginning his legal career in 2006, Alaa has worked across civil, criminal, family, employment, corporate, property, and maritime matters. His experience also includes INTERPOL-related matters, cheque cases, divorce and inheritance disputes, employment disputes, and business and property matters.
Today, Alaa ElHoushy Legal Consultancy provides legal consultation to clients in Dubai and across the UAE. The practice also works closely with Amal Khamis Advocates & Legal Consultancy, where Alaa continues to serve as Head of Litigations.
The approach remains straightforward: understand the matter, review the facts and documents, explain the legal position clearly, and help the client understand the options before making an important decision.

Alaa Gaber El Houshy is a Senior Legal Consultant and Head of Litigations with 20 years of legal experience. He is the Founder and Senior Legal Consultant of Alaa ElHoushy Legal Consultancy.
He began practising law in 2006 and has worked across a range of legal matters involving individuals and businesses in the UAE.
