Bio
Gordana "Gordi" Mikalacki, Esq. is the Founder and Managing Partner of Elmm Law Group, where she exclusively represents clients in personal and catastrophic injury cases.
After earning her Juris Doctor from the Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law, Gordi began her career as a Law Clerk for the Arizona Court of Appeals, an experience that shaped how she frames and argues a case. She went on to serve as an Assistant Attorney General for the State of Arizona, representing the Department of Economic Security under three different Attorneys General and building deep courtroom and litigation experience along the way.
That foundation carried directly into Elmm Law Group. Gordi is known for her strategic, compassionate approach and her sharp understanding of how insurance companies operate, helping her secure favorable outcomes for the families she represents.
She's also active in her community, leading Elmm Law Group's annual Backpack to the Future drive and speaking regularly on access to justice and advocacy for injured clients. Outside of work, Gordi loves spending time with her two children and traveling to new places.
