William Kickham, Esq.
Attorney
Boston, MA 02110
Boston MA Personal Injury and Criminal Defense Attorney
I specialize in two fields of Massachusetts law: Plaintiffs' personal injury law, and criminal defense. I've been an attorney since 1988, My first job after law school was Public Affairs Counsel for the Massachusetts academy of Trial Attorneys, where I advocated for plaintiffs' civil justice rights, and against tort reform. I later briefly worked for the insurance industry. I am considered a specialist on the subject of tort reform, and I frequently appear in the media (regional and national) on the subjects of tort law and criminal law. This talent stems from my serving as a media spokesperson for several years on legal issues, and from my Executive Producing and hosting my own cable TV show, called "At The Bar", in the south suburban Boston cable market in the 1990's and mid-2000's. On the civil side of my practice, I represent clients who have suffered serious and often catastrophic injuries, as well as fatalities, due to the negligence of another party(ies). This is a very rewarding dedication, as when a client has been seriously injured, whether in a Massachusetts car accident, a Massachusetts construction site accident, an event involving Massachusetts medical negligence, a traumatic brain injury, a Massachusetts fire, a Massachusetts chemical explosion, or a job site injury (workers' compensation), the reality is that insurance companies will do everything they can to avoid paying an injury victim. Without an experienced and dedicated Massachusetts injury attorney, they'd be left to fend for themselves. I consider being hired by my injury clients to be both a compliment and a serious professional responsibility. On the criminal defense side of my practice, I know from many years experience, that people can find themselves arrested or accused of a crime very suddenly. Most of my clients are normal, law-abiding people who found themselves in a situation they never imagined, such as domestic violence or a sex offense. I can assure anyone that just because a person is accused of a crime, does not mean that they are legally or factually guilty of it. As a Massachusetts criminal defense attorney, I take great pride in fighting "tooth and nail" for my criminal defense clients. I welcome anyone reading this page who may have been injured due to someone else's negligence in Massachusetts, or who may be charged with a Massachusetts criminal offense

Rhode Island State Records
More About Rhode Island State Records Rhode Island State Records simplifies the process of searching for all sorts of court records, including civil court conclusions, criminal court sentences, legal decisions, and other public records. The Freedom of Information act, in addition to their stateside equivalents, assert that court records are open and available to the general public, which means any American resident can get information about the events and trials that take place at any court in the country. These events include court records, lien judgements, criminal trials, civil trials, bankruptcy findings, and lawsuit details. Not until a record is redacted, sealed, nullified, or otherwise specified as classified will the record be inaccessible. This is often the case with juvenile criminal court records, divorce records (which are usually only accessible to those getting divorced and their legal advisors), sealed birth records (for closed adoptions), or in cases of victim anonymity. Besides these fairly uncommon cases, criminal court records, trial court records, civil court records, and more are all accessible by law. Using Rhode Island State Records shortens the process of obtaining your record, and only needs a name, or an address to get started. Simply enter in the name you intend to research, and State Records will comb through every available online court record looking for a name match in an region you specify. This includes both digital and digitized records, meaning your search may even yield results from the early twentieth century.
